"Went to get KFC tonight (25 Nov 2025) at around 19:00 at Nelacres. The staff were extremely friendly, created an inviting atmosphere to us as patrons, had a smile on their faces and looked like they were happy to be of service. The food quality was fantastic, fresh, a decent amount of sauce, cooked perfectly. That's something that's rare at chain fast food restaurants lately. I hope this message gets to every staffmember on duty during our visit. You are the prime example of what the service standard should be. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable."
